At Orient Watch, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals, tags, and protective films intact, ensuring it is securely packed for transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
